Index Health is modernizing medicine by making treatment personalized, data-driven, and proactive to help prevent and treat disease in a much more effective way. We use advanced lab tests, highly trained medical staff, and data to personalize treatments. Personalized treatments include nutrition, lifestyle changes, and at times targeted supplements, and medication.

With our member base, we've proven to be more effective treatment than modern medicine, and also more cost effective for both them and their insurance.

We serve people who have chronic disease, mild issues, or are focused on prevention and optimization (biohacking).
