Her career spans the leadership of international Product & Marketing at mental health app Headspace, as well as leading the App Store subscription business in Europe for Apple. She founded an app development company named Pleo, and also ran Mobile globally for comms & digital agency Edelman.

Renate is of Norwegian and Dutch origin and has worked in California, England, Sweden, France and Switzerland. She is a Philosophy graduate of Cambridge University.
